About Us
The Italian Greyhound Rescue Charity (IGRC) Shop helps to raise funds to enable us to continue our work of rescuing, treating and rehoming Italian Greyhounds and Italian Greyhound cross breeds. Some of the handmade items are donated by a kind lady, therefore we may not be able to guarantee a particular colour of vest or specific toy.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our online shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘View Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ and follow the on-screen prompts to pay for and complete the order.
Our secure payment gateway is powered by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order – simply use a debit or credit card as with any secure online payments gateway. If you do have a PayPal account, you can pay by logging in to your PayPal account when promoted.
If your order is placed successfully, you will see an on-screen confirmation, and we will send an email to you with details of the order placed.
When you place your order the on-screen and email confirmations indicate that we have received your order but these confirmations are not an acceptance of the order, and a contract of sale is not yet agreed. The contract of sale will come into effect when we have checked that we can fulfil the order and we will send you an email to confirm your order has been completed and it is at this point that a contract of sale exists between yourself and the IGRC.
We endeavour to complete orders within 24 hours (on working days, usually Monday to Friday) of receiving the order.
Cancelling an Order
If you decide after placing an order that you would like to cancel your order please email shop@italiangreyhoundrescuecharity.org.uk as soon as possible. If we have not yet dispatched your order, we will be able to cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. If the order is complete and has been shipped, then you will need to return the goods to us and once received we will issues a full refund. Goods are returned at your own cost.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping to UK addresses is free of charge. Our standard shipping service is 2nd class Royal Mail delivery within the UK.
Shipping for overseas orders will be invoiced separately by email once the order is weighed and measured. If you wish to proceed simply settle the invoice. If you no longer wish to proceed, please email us at shop@italiangreyhoundrescuecharity.org.uk and we will cancel and refund your order.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day no quibbles, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you have ordered the wrong size, please email us on shop@italiangreyhoundrescuecharity.org.uk to let us know that you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
To return an item
Please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The item(s) should be unused and in a re-saleable condition and with the original packaging where possible.
Once we receive the returned item(s), providing that it/they are unused and in a re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund to you within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please enclose a delivery note, including your name and order number with the returned item(s). Package and tape the parcel securely using heavy-duty packing tape.
- Send your returned item(s) via an insured carrier, such as ‘Royal Mail Tracked’ or ‘Signed For’ delivery. This will be at your expense. We cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, and the relationship between you and IGRC (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. Any disputes concerning these Terms and Conditions, the relationship between you and IGRC, or any matters arising therefrom or associated therewith (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland as determined by your residency, or the courts of England if you are resident outside the United Kingdom.
